About us
Bricco Falchet is our new small winery, established in 2024. However, our passion for wine has deeper roots in time. We are proud to be small producers, going against the trend in a world that is becoming increasingly mechanized and automated. We have consciously chosen this path, where we aim to meet people of every generation, color, background, and culture who, like us, seek authentic times and spaces.

2008 - 2010
We meet in the Netherlands during a business trip. Tanno moves to Piedmont, and we purchase a farmhouse in Mombercelli, on top of the hill once called Il Falchet, with its small, ancient Barbera vineyard.

2012 - 2013
After great efforts to save the vineyard, we produce two very small harvests. To our surprise, the wine turns out to be extraordinary, thanks to a fortunate combination of soil, climate, and exposure. We decide to crush the grapes by foot and avoid aging in wooden barrels. These few bottles become our private collection.

2014
We uproot the vineyard due to its irreversible decline caused by past neglect. The Nizza DOCG is officially recognized, separating from Barbera d’Asti to enhance the identity of a specific terroir across 18 municipalities, including Mombercelli, surrounding Nizza Monferrato. UNESCO designates the Vineyard Landscapes of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato as a World Heritage Site. Mombercelli is officially at the heart of one of the world’s finest wine regions.

2020 - 2024
We commit fully to viticulture and make our dream come true. We restore the vineyard and expand our estate. Bricco Falchet Winery is born. Paola becomes a Sommelier. Tanno dedicates himself passionately and skillfully to the care and development of the new vineyards. We assemble a team of professionals for the winemaking and cellar operations.

2025
Barbera d’Asti, Monferrato Bianco, and Brut Sparkling Wine will be available starting in spring. Following the planned aging process, Nizza, Nebbiolo, and Monferrato Rosso—crafted according to ancient traditions—will be released and available in 2026.
Our Mission
Our philosophy is simple: no compromises, obsessive attention to every detail, and the celebration of the rarity of our small productions, far from the logic of mechanized processes, where machines replace human hands
We preserve the identity of the territory and the vine through artisanal, entirely manual work, fully respecting nature, to create authentic, refined, and exclusive wines.
Our Team

Paola Daniele
I am a sommelier, and I primarily manage the communication and sales of our wine, but I also love working alongside Tanno in the vineyard. I believe that passion can truly evolve into awareness and knowledge only when you fully immerse yourself in every aspect of the process.

Tanno Vos
I have a very intimate relationship with the vineyard and nature. I love spending as much time as possible outdoors, among our vines, which I tend to with obsessive dedication. For me, the health and beauty of the vineyard are the foundation of great wine. I consider myself a very fortunate person to have been able to realize the great dream of my life, in Piedmont, a magical land in the heart of an unparalleled wine-growing paradise in the world.
