Alidorè is a blend of Cortese and Chardonnay, a meeting of tradition and contemporary vision. Cortese, one of the oldest native grape varieties of Piedmont, offers fresh, fruity, and citrusy aromas, while Chardonnay, aged in oak barriques, enriches the wine with notes of ripe fruit, white flowers, and elegance.
