ILJA, GAIA, LOÏS, TIMO & TI PROMETTO
Five names, Five wines, Five souls.
For our line of red wines, we chose something that deeply represents us: naming our first four wines after one of our children: Ilja, Gaia, Lois, and Timo. A simple yet powerful gesture, uniting the land with family, tradition with identity. We paired each of them with a wine that reflects their character and essence, as if each bottle told a fragment of our story.
ILJA
ILJA is the most classic expression of Barbera d’Asti: a wine that speaks of tradition, calm, and stability. Like Ilja, it represents the continuity of an ancient and noble grape variety, with the serenity of one who guards the roots.
LOÏS
LOÏS is elegance and refinement. A Barbera aged in wood, able to surprise with its complex aromas and sophisticated character.
GAIA
GAIA has an unexpected soul: character and sensuality contrast and complement each other in perfect balance. From the encounter between Nebbiolo and local grape varieties, an intriguing and irresistible rosé is born, crossed by a vibrant energy, complex and memorable
TIMO
TIMO is bold and modern, with a strong and dynamic structure. It’s a Nebbiolo with a twist — fresh, masculine and assertive, it surprises with its personality and breaks the mold with effortless charm.
TI PROMETTO
For our fifth red wine, continuing the family tradition, we chose a name that represents our journey together: the love that unites us, the dream that brought us this far, and the promise to continue walking, season after season, alongside this land.
barbera d'asti docg
ILJA
ILJA is the most authentic expression of Barbera d’Asti, a wine that tells the story of our love for the land and our dedication to artisanal winemaking. Each bottle of Ilja encapsulates the meticulous work in the vineyard and the passion for our territory, a symbol of uncompromising quality. The two vineyards of our Barbera, located on the same hill but with different exposures, allow for a harvest of grapes with varying ripening stages. On one side, the south/southwest exposure accelerates ripening, giving the grapes structure, body, and complexity. On the other, the southeast exposure slows down ripening, allowing the grapes to develop freshness, vibrancy, and typicity. The result is a balanced wine where freshness and depth intertwine in harmony, delivering elegance, smoothness, and a long-lasting finish.
Nizza D.O.C.G.
LOIS
LOIS is born in the heart of the Nizza DOCG appellation, the highest and most rigorous expression of Piedmontese Barbera. A territory limited to just 18 municipalities, where terroir, human dedication, and a strict production code come together to create wines of remarkable depth, structure, and elegance, crafted to stand the test of time. Low yields, meticulous grape selection, and extended ageing are essential elements in shaping a wine that brings together intensity, balance, and complexity. Nizza is a denomination experiencing strong growth on the international market, born from the desire to fully express the potential of the Barbera grape through patient work and deep respect for the land. Our interpretation of Nizza, LOIS, is the result of an extremely small production, cared for in every detail. The grapes come from carefully selected parcels, where Barbera reaches a profound and harmonious maturity. Ageing supports the wine with discretion, never overpowering it, allowing the purity of the fruit, natural tension, and an elegant, precise structure to emerge. LOIS is an authentic and personal expression of Nizza, combining strength and refinement, territorial identity and artisanal sensitivity. A rare wine, created for those who seek deep, uncompromising emotions.
Piemonte D.O.C. Rosato
GAIA
Its delicate color hints at a subtle and measured wine. But it is only an illusion: on the nose, it opens with a surprising aromatic intensity, a concert of scents that fascinates and intrigues. In the mouth, it reveals all its personality, with a full-bodied structure, a silky texture, and a vibrant energy that makes it balanced, dynamic, and engaging. An expressiveness in a new and surprising form, the result of a strongly desired project that begins in the vineyard and continues in the cellar with the use of refined techniques and the highest quality materials. Gaia is an unconventional rosé, capable of combining finesse and character, delicacy and depth. A wine that seduces with grace and leaves a vivid memory, designed for those seeking elegance, identity, and an authentic emotion."
Nizza D.O.C.G. Riserva
TI PROMETTO
Ti Prometto is the art of waiting, the ultimate expression of our finest Barbera as a Nizza Riserva. Among our wines, it is the one that requires the longest aging in wood and bottle a tribute to those who are not in a hurry and know that the greatest things need time to reveal themselves in their full glory. This Riserva is born only in vintages where nature grants exceptional ripeness and concentration, capable of defying the years. But beyond the technique, Ti Prometto treasures a bond: it first saw the light in 2025, the year of our wedding. It is the reflection of that 'I do,' a promise born to endure and evolve through time, transforming the wait into a profound emotion, one sip after another.
White Wines
ALIDORÈ & DIAMANTERRA
If our red wines bear the names of our children, telling stories of roots, character, and affection, our two white wines are inspired by nature and the landscape that surrounds us. Two different white wines, united by the same soul: to tell the story of Monferrato’s beauty with elegance and honesty.
ALIDORÈ
ALIDORÈ combines the idea of “wings”, a symbol of lightness and freedom, with “gold”: the golden hue of the wine in the glass, the sunlight warming our hills, and the quiet richness our land offers us every day.
DIAMANTERRA
DIAMANTERRA pays tribute to the preciousness of our soil: a truly unique corner of the world, capable of producing wines that shine with authenticity and personality.
Monferrato DOC Bianco
ALIDORÈ
ALIDORÈ is a blend of Cortese and Chardonnay, the meeting point between tradition and a contemporary vision. Cortese, one of the oldest indigenous grape varieties in Piedmont, brings fresh, fruity, and citrusy aromas, while Chardonnay, aged in oak barrels, enriches the wine with notes of ripe fruit, white flowers, and elegance. The wood aging imparts an enveloping silkiness and aromatic complexity without overpowering its freshness. The name Alidorè carries a double meaning, just like its two grape varieties. It celebrates the bond with nature and the land: the wings of the little falcon, a symbol of freedom, and the golden color that reflects the sunlight and the warmth of our hills. Refined and highly drinkable, Alidorè has a dual soul: perfect when served chilled for summer aperitifs and light dinners, yet capable of revealing its full complexity at a slightly higher temperature, accompanying winter relaxation by the fireplace, with a good book or an intimate conversation.
